Health Disclaimer
While we strive to provide wholesome, nutritious meals, our services, and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical conditions. Please consult with a healthcare provider for specific dietary or health-related concerns.
Customer Responsibility and Liability Disclaimer
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to inform us of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or foods they cannot consume. While we make every effort to accommodate allergies and preferences when specified, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens in our meals due to shared preparation spaces and supplier practices.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for clearly identifying any foods you cannot eat through the designated fields during sign-up or by contacting us directly.
- You understand that we are not liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects due to undisclosed allergies, dietary restrictions, or individual sensitivities.
- You agree to release us from any claims, damages, or liability resulting from consumption of our meals, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
We prioritize safety and follow food handling best practices, but we recommend consulting with a healthcare provider if you have serious or life-threatening allergies.
In compliance with the Federal Bill Emerson Good Samaritan Food Donation Act and corresponding state Good Samaritan Laws, we operate with the assurance of liability protection for food donations made in good faith. This includes both donors and recipient agencies, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. We adhere to food handling and storage procedures to ensure the safety of all food provided.
Delivery Policy
While we do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery time window, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries will occur between the hours of 3–5 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and/or Thursdays (based on plan type).
While we strive to deliver all meals within the 3–5 PM time window, unforeseen delays may occur. If your delivery is expected to arrive more than 15 minutes outside of the requested time window, you will receive an email notification. In the event that we are unable to deliver within the 3–5 PM window, a refund for that day’s meal(s) will be issued.
You’ll be notified of your delivery via your preferred method—text, call, or email—based on the contact information you provide during sign-up. You can update your preference by contacting us.
Meal Start Policy
Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be processed for the next available delivery day within your selected plan schedule. Example: If you sign up on Monday at 2:30 PM and choose Wednesday as your delivery day, your first meal delivery will be on this Wednesday.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the following business day and aligned with your delivery schedule. Example: If you sign up on Tuesday at 4:30 PM and choose Wednesday as your delivery day, your first meal delivery will begin next Wednesday, as your order was placed after the cutoff time.
If your chosen delivery day has already passed for the current week, your meals will begin on the next scheduled delivery day. Example: If you select Wednesday but sign up on Thursday, your meals will start the following Wednesday.
Container Return Discount Policy
To promote sustainability, we serve meals and drinks in sterilized, reusable glass containers. When you return these containers, you receive a $2 discount on your next meal. The $2 discount per meal for returned containers will be applied to your next subscription period, or when you choose not to renew, a refund will be processed accordingly.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable for undelivered meals or unused services as follows:
- Refunds are available for skipped meals only if you notify us at least one week in advance of your delivery date.
- If less than one week’s notice is provided, refunds will not be issued; instead, your meals will be credited to your account and can be applied to future deliveries.
- Refunds are not available for missed deliveries due to customer unavailability. Meals will not be left unattended.
- Refunds for any eligible amount will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Delayed Delivery Policy

In the event that we are unable to deliver within the 3–5 PM window, a refund for that day’s meal(s) will be issued. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to provide timely and reliable service.
Missed Delivery Policy
If you are unavailable to receive your delivery, our driver will wait for up to 3 minutes and continued attempts to contact you. If time allows within the 3–5 PM delivery window, we will make one more attempt to deliver. However, if we are unable to successfully deliver your order, no refunds will be issued.
For safety and quality assurance, we cannot leave deliveries unattended. In the event of a missed delivery, you will receive an email notification to inform you. We encourage you to provide clear delivery instructions or make arrangements to ensure someone is available to receive your meals.
Skipping Meal Policy
Need to miss a meal but want to keep your subscription?
- One Week Notification: If you notify us at least one week in advance, your skipped meals will be credited to your account for future deliveries. And refunded if the plan is not renewed.
- Less Than One Week Notification: If less than one week’s notice is provided, meals will still be credited but cannot be refunded.
To reschedule skipped meals, please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Scheduled Delivery Skip Policy
To ensure clarity and convenience for our customers, we have established the following policy regarding holidays and specific days when meal deliveries will not occur:
- Notification: We will post all holidays and specific days without meal deliveries on the meal plan calendar at least two weeks in advance. Please review the calendar regularly to stay informed of these dates. We will also send out notifications and reminders.
- Credits: For any skipped deliveries due to holidays or specific days, the cost of those meals will be credited to your account and can be applied toward future deliveries.
- Refunds: If your subscription does not renew after a holiday delivery skip, we will issue a refund for the skipped meals.

Subscription Cancellation Policy
Your subscription renews every 2 weeks, with an initial 2-week minimum commitment. If you wish to cancel, the cancellation must be made at least one week before your subscription renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Please note that any active subscription period you are currently in will remain active until its completion.
Meal Planning Policy
We post meals two weeks in advance, subject to change. Any updates will be communicated with at least two days’ notice.
Check Policy
We gladly accept check payments under the following conditions:
Payment Timeline:
- All checks must clear at least three (3) business days prior to your first meal delivery.
- If the check is not cleared within this timeframe, your delivery will be delayed until payment is confirmed.
Returned Check Fee:
- A $25 fee will be applied to any returned or bounced checks.
Payment Submission Options:
- Checks can be mailed to our designated address (provided upon request).
- You may also request a check pickup, which can be arranged by contacting us directly.

Service Change Notifications
Please note that we reserve the right to adjust meal prices when necessary. Any price changes will be communicated to you with at least 14 days’ notice. We appreciate your understanding and continued support. We also reserve the right to pause or discontinue services when necessary. In such cases, we will provide you with at least 14 days’ notice. In the event that services are paused or discontinued and not performed, any payments made for those services will be fully refunded.
