By participating in our meal subscription service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Health Disclaimer: While we strive to provide wholesome, nutritious meals, our services, and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical conditions. Please consult with a healthcare provider for specific dietary or health-related concerns.
Delivery Policy: While we do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery time window, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries will occur between the hours of 3–5 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and/or Thursdays (based on plan type).
While we strive to deliver all meals within the 3–5 PM time window, unforeseen delays may occur. If your delivery is expected to arrive more than 15 minutes outside of the requested time window, you will receive an email notification. In the event that we are unable to deliver within the 3–5 PM window, a refund for that day’s meal(s) will be issued.
If you are unavailable to receive your delivery, our driver will wait for up to 3 minutes and attempt to contact you. If time allows within the 3–5 PM delivery window, we will make one more attempt to deliver. However, if we are unable to successfully deliver your order, no refunds will be issued.
For safety and quality assurance, we cannot leave deliveries unattended. In the event of a missed delivery, you will receive an email notification to inform you. We encourage you to provide clear delivery instructions or make arrangements to ensure someone is available to receive your meals.
Minimum Commitment: Our service requires a minimum subscription commitment of two weeks.
Container Return Policy: Glass containers must be returned in good condition (unbroken) on your next delivery day. Failure to return containers will forfeit the $2 discount. Discounts associated with returned containers ($2 per meal) will be applied to the next subscription period.
Cancellations and Changes: Cancellations must be made at least one week in advance. Any changes to your subscription, delivery preferences, or dietary selections should also be communicated promptly via email hello@ancientpathfarms.com.
