What is the cost of each meal?

Each meal is priced at $14, which includes free delivery. By returning your reusable glass containers, you can reduce the price to $12 per meal. You can add both a fresh juice and a dessert to your meal for a combined total of $3. Please note that while these items are not sugar-free, we use natural sweeteners whenever possible.

Meals vary by day, you can view the Meal Plan for what is upcoming. We offer a variety of cuisines and can accommodate dietary preferences. Each meal  includes a freshly prepared entrée crafted from locally sourced, or organic, non-gmo or natural ingredients, and with minimal processing for meats. We offer a variety of cuisines to cater to diverse tastes and dietary preferences. Please note that we do not serve pork or shellfish. Additionally, you have the option to add both a fresh juice and a dessert to your meal for a combined total of $3. While these add-ons are not sugar-free, we use natural sweeteners whenever possible.

Deliveries are made between 3 PM and 5 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. You can choose the days that best fit your schedule.

You’ll be notified of your delivery via your preferred method—text, call, or email—based on the contact information you provide during sign-up.

To promote sustainability, we serve meals and drinks in sterilized, reusable glass containers. When you return these containers, you receive a $2 discount on your next meal, bringing the cost down to $12 per meal. The $2 discount per meal for returned containers will be applied to your next subscription period, or when you choose not to renew, a refund will be processed accordingly.

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be processed for the next available delivery day within your selected plan schedule. Example: If you sign up on Monday at 2:30 PM and choose Wednesday as your delivery day, your first meal delivery will be on this Wednesday.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the following business day and aligned with your delivery schedule. Example: If you sign up on Tuesday at 4:30 PM and choose Wednesday as your delivery day, your first meal delivery will begin next Wednesday, as your order was placed after the cutoff time.

  • If your chosen delivery day has already passed for the current week, your meals will begin on the next scheduled delivery day. Example: If you select Wednesday but sign up on Thursday, your meals will start the following Wednesday.

We accept payments via check, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, and Zelle. Please choose the method most convenient for you at sign up.

We gladly accept check payments under the following conditions:

  1. Payment Timeline:

    • All checks must clear at least three (3) business days prior to your first meal delivery.
    • If the check is not cleared within this timeframe, your delivery will be delayed until payment is confirmed.
  2. Returned Check Fee:

    • A $25 fee will be applied to any returned or bounced checks.
  3. Payment Submission Options:

    • Checks can be mailed to our designated address (provided upon request).
    • You may also request a check pickup, which can be arranged by contacting us directly.

We post meals two weeks in advance, subject to change. Any updates will be communicated with at least two days’ notice.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly if you have any concerns or need assistance with your order.

While we strive to deliver all meals within the 3–5 PM time window, unforeseen delays may occur. If your delivery is expected to arrive more than 15 minutes outside of the requested time window, you will receive an notification to the communication preference of your choice.

In the event that we are unable to deliver within the 3–5 PM window, a refund for that day’s meal(s) will be issued. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to provide timely and reliable service.

If you are unavailable to receive your delivery, our driver will wait for up to 3 minutes and continued attempts to contact you. If time allows within the 3–5 PM delivery window, we will make one more attempt to deliver. However, if we are unable to successfully deliver your order, no refunds will be issued.

For safety and quality assurance, we cannot leave deliveries unattended. In the event of a missed delivery, you will receive an email notification to inform you. We encourage you to provide clear delivery instructions or make arrangements to ensure someone is available to receive your meals.

Need to miss a meal but want to keep your subscription?

  • One Week Notification: If you notify us at least one week in advance, your skipped meals will be credited to your account for future deliveries. And refunded if the plan is not renewed. 
  • Less Than One Week Notification: If less than one week’s notice is provided, meals will still be credited but cannot be refunded.

To reschedule skipped meals, please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

To ensure clarity and convenience for our customers, we have established the following policy regarding holidays and specific days when meal deliveries will not occur:

  1. Notification: We will post all holidays and specific days without meal deliveries on the meal plan calendar at least two weeks in advance. Please review the calendar regularly to stay informed of these dates. We will also send out notifications and reminders.
  2. Credits: For any skipped deliveries due to holidays or specific days, the cost of those meals will be credited to your account and can be applied toward future deliveries.
  3. Refunds: If your subscription does not renew after a holiday delivery skip, we will issue a refund for the skipped meals.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility as we work to provide you with the best possible service!

Your subscription renews every 2 weeks, with an initial 2-week minimum commitment. If you wish to cancel, the cancellation must be made at least one week before your subscription renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Please note that any active subscription period you are currently in will remain active until its completion.

We welcome volunteers and partnerships with local organizations and accept various forms of contributions, including monetary donations, product donations, and gift cards to local grocery stores.
