Our Values
Wholesome Meals
Meals are priced at $14, including free delivery, but you can enjoy them for just $12 when you return the reusable container. Through our community partnerships, we are able to offer subsidized meals to those who need assistance. If you’d like to help support this effort and make a difference, please contact us below.

Holistic Health
We believe in holistic health, which is why each meal delivery includes a Weekly Spiritual Reflection, along with a learning card featuring an ancient food and its recipe. This is our way of nourishing not only the body but also the soul and mind, connecting you to the wisdom of the past while enjoying healthy, flavorful meals. You also have the option to opt out of the reflection if you prefer.

Sustainability
We value sustainability and are committed to reducing waste, which is why all of our meals are served in reusable glass containers that are sterilized after each use. To encourage this eco-friendly practice, we offer $2 off per meal when you return the containers for reuse the next day. Additionally, we prioritize using other reusable or recycled products wherever possible, ensuring that cleanliness and environmental responsibility go hand in hand with every meal we deliver.
